Shipping Instructions
We provide you with fast turn around time for your closed captioning services without any additional or hidden charges because we understand that most of our clients are under tight deadlines. If you need next day turn-around we must send a video file a head of time. Only FedEx delivers early enough for same day service.
When shipping your tapes to Impact Media we ask that you please have your tapes labeled correctly.
Please include:
- The Program Name
- Title of the Program
- Program Number
- Air Date
If this is the first time you are sending us your programs please include by either email or hard copy along with the tape:
- Your Contact Information including your email address and phone number
- Contact Information to be Put on Your Tape
- Station or Stations you are airing on with the station name, address, phone number and contact for shipping
- Please Send Your Audio Files through our audio drop box located in the side navigation bar and send your video files through our ftp one of our folders at the bottom of the page.

Payments are due before your program can be shipped to the station. We prefer that you enclose a business check along with your tape. If you are unable to send a check please contact us to make payment arrangements by credit card.
